Are returns free?

Yes, we offer complimentary returns for all online orders within Türkiye. For domestic returns, please use our return code 3012235815 with MNG Kargo.

To ensure a smooth return process, please complete all fields on the returns form included in your package. Be sure to clearly indicate:
    •    Your full name and order number
    •    The item(s) you are returning
    •    The reason for return

Once completed, include the form inside your return package along with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Returns without a completed form may experience delays in processing.

What is the return timeframe?

Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

What condition must returned items be in?

All returned items must be in pristine condition — new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged — and free from any scents, stains, or makeup marks. All original tags must remain attached, and packaging must be included.

Which shipping method should I use for returns?
We provide complimentary return shipping via our designated courier, MNG Kargo. If you choose to return your item through a different courier, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

Blondi is not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a secure, trackable, and insured service. 

Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging — returns sent in alternative packaging will not be accepted.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, based on the item price listed at the time of your purchase. You will be notified once your return has been reviewed and approved.

Can I exchange an item?

If you’d like a different size or color, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
