Where is my order shipped from?
All orders placed on www.blondiofficial.com are shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey — where each piece is carefully prepared for delivery with attention to detail and care.
Why am I recieving multiple shipments for the same order?
If your order includes multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments. For each shipment, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation email with individual tracking details, so you can follow each delivery every step of the way.
Can I exchange or return items?
Yes, we accept both returns and exchanges. All items must meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. When sending your order back, please ensure the return/exchange form is fully completed and included in the package.
Please note that exchanges are only available for a different size or color of the same item.
How do I exchange or return my order?
A return/exchange form is included in the package you received. You can also access it through your account or via the “View Order Details” link in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email, please ensure your email address was entered correctly and check your spam or junk folder.
Returns can be made free of charge using our designated shipping partner, as outlined in the form. Your customer code and return authorization are also included there, along with all necessary details.
If you prefer to use a different courier service, you may do so at your own expense, as we are unable to cover return shipping costs outside our selected carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Should you wish to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee modifications once your order has entered processing, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping Notice for International Orders
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once your package clears customs, our international shipping partner will hand it off to your country’s local postal service. In some regions, additional tracking information may not be available after this handoff.
If your order is delayed, it may be held by customs for processing, which can take up to six weeks. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the manufacturer and will not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
